Last week, the in-Store Media Poland team participated in Retail Trends 2025, one of the country’s leading retail events, held on April 1st in Warsaw.

Over 1,000 professionals from the commercial, industrial, and academic sectors gathered under the theme “Growth. Resilience. Innovation” to exchange insights, explore new growth opportunities, and anticipate the key challenges shaping the future of retail.

A key perspective on the future of retail

Bartosz Domaradzki, Country Manager at in-Store Media Poland, played a key role at Retail Trends 2025 with two contributions focused on the strategic role of Retail Media in an increasingly dynamic environment.

First, Bartosz joined Mateusz Głowacki, Head of Quant at Ipsos Poland, in a joint presentation exploring the future of Retail Media in an era of rapidly evolving shopping trends and shopper behavior. The session delivered valuable insights on how to adapt to this shifting landscape at the point of sale—connecting with shoppers in more relevant, contextual, and effective ways.

Later on, Bartosz participated in the panel discussion “A new growth engine in retail. Building business value in a world of constant change”, alongside leaders from major industry players such as Carrefour, Żabka, Kaufland, Pluxee, PwC, and Grupa Muszkieterów. The debate explored new ways to create value in retail, highlighting the importance of innovation, operational agility, and deep shopper understanding as key pillars for sustainable growth.

In both sessions, Bartosz emphasized the power of point-of-sale media as a strategic business lever—a tool that delivers real value to both retailers and brands, when paired with flawless execution and a strong, locally adapted commercial strategy.
