Les r\u00e9sultats ont \u00e9t\u00e9 d\u00e9voil\u00e9s lors d&#8217;un \u00e9v\u00e9nement r\u00e9unissant plus de 30 marques et 90 participants, o\u00f9 les principaux insights sur le march\u00e9 et les shoppers chiliens ont \u00e9t\u00e9 partag\u00e9s.<\/h5>\n<p>La cinqui\u00e8me \u00e9dition de l\u2019<strong>Observatoire de l\u2019Exp\u00e9rience Shopper (OSE)<\/strong> au Chili, organis\u00e9e en collaboration avec Ipsos, a <strong>rassembl\u00e9 plus de 30 marques et 90 participants<\/strong>. Lors de cet \u00e9v\u00e9nement, des <strong>informations cl\u00e9s sur le comportement des consommateurs chiliens <\/strong>ont \u00e9t\u00e9 pr\u00e9sent\u00e9es dans un contexte \u00e9conomique marqu\u00e9 par l\u2019inflation et l\u2019incertitude.<\/p>\n<p><!--StartFragment --><span class=\"cf0\">L\u2019\u00e9tude, bas\u00e9e sur une enqu\u00eate en ligne men\u00e9e aupr\u00e8s de 350 consommateurs du panel d\u2019IPSOS<\/span><!--EndFragment -->, montre comment la situation \u00e9conomique actuelle affecte les habitudes d&#8217;achat en supermarch\u00e9. <strong>90% des r\u00e9pondants<\/strong> per\u00e7oivent une augmentation de leurs d\u00e9penses par rapport \u00e0 l&#8217;ann\u00e9e derni\u00e8re, et <strong>80 % qualifient la situation \u00e9conomique du Chili de &#8220;moyenne ou mauvaise&#8221;<\/strong>. Avec plus de 75 % des consommateurs n\u2019attendant aucune am\u00e9lioration dans l\u2019ann\u00e9e \u00e0 venir, les habitudes de consommation ont commenc\u00e9 \u00e0 se restructurer. <!--StartFragment --><span class=\"cf0\">les habitudes de consommation ont commenc\u00e9 \u00e0 se restructurer.<\/span><\/p>\n<p>Dans un contexte \u00e9conomique o\u00f9 l&#8217;Indice de Confiance des Consommateurs au Chili reste bas, bien qu&#8217;il ait l\u00e9g\u00e8rement augment\u00e9 pour atteindre <strong>42,7 en juin 2024<\/strong>, la consommation commence \u00e0 se restructurer et les consommateurs adoptent de nouveaux comportements.<\/p>\n<h2><strong>Principaux r\u00e9sultats de l&#8217;OSE Chili 2024: <\/strong><\/h2>\n<h5><strong>Augmentation de la fr\u00e9quence des visites au supermarch\u00e9<\/strong><\/h5>\n<p>Malgr\u00e9 la ma\u00eetrise des d\u00e9penses, le <strong>point de vente physique<\/strong> reste le canal privil\u00e9gi\u00e9 pour faire les courses, avec <strong>90 % des r\u00e9pondants<\/strong> <span class=\"cf0\">effectuant leurs achats domestiques dans ce canal<\/span>. De plus, l&#8217;inflation a entra\u00een\u00e9 un changement dans la fr\u00e9quence des achats : 58 % des consommateurs visitent le supermarch\u00e9 une fois ou plus par semaine, contre 46 % en 2021. Las compras son ahora m\u00e1s frecuentes, pero de menor tama\u00f1o.<\/p>\n<h5><strong>Accent mis sur la consommation \u00e0 domicile<\/strong><\/h5>\n<p><!--StartFragment --><\/p>\n<p class=\"pf0\"><span class=\"cf0\">Dans ce nouveau contexte d&#8217;inflation<\/span><!--EndFragment -->, les foyers chiliens donnent la priorit\u00e9 \u00e0 l&#8217;\u00e9conomie. <strong>65% des r\u00e9pondants <\/strong>pr\u00e9voient de r\u00e9duire leurs d\u00e9penses pour les vacances, et <strong>62 %<\/strong> en feront de m\u00eame avec les applications de livraison de nourriture.
